The XMark Commercial Rated FID and Ab Combo Weight Bench XM-7628 is specifically designed to allow you to perform both upper body and abdominal workouts.  The backrest, with seven ladder back adjustments, can be easily positioned in a decline position to an upright military position for bench press options targeting the chest.  Folding up the backrest for seated dumbbell raises gives your shoulders an in-depth workout.  Develop and build your abs by folding down the backrest and adjusting the leg pads to an angle specifically suited to you.
