The Synergee Aluminum Speed Rope provides you with an awesome and more effective alternative to running. It's a must-have for any training program. Make our Speed Rope YOUR Rope by fitting it to your exact height. Choose between Rose Gold or Jet Black handles to suit your style, and each rope comes with 1 black & 1 silver cable. Each handle is 6” long and fitted with EVA foam to soften your grip and reduce forearm fatigue. The cable is fed through the end of the handle, which is fitted with 2 bearings to give the rope a smooth, balanced spin every time.
ERGONOMIC DESIGN
The comfortable, lightweight handles allow you to spin your rope with minimal effort, leaving you tons of energy for actually skipping! The ergonomic design of the handles and EVA foam lining wards off fatigue in the forearms and shoulders, letting you jump longer!
CUSTOMIZABLE
Each Speed Rope comes with 2 x 10 foot long, 2 mm thick cables. This excessive length allows you to cut them to size and so your Speed Rope fits you perfectly! We also include instructions for finding your recommended rope length.
