FitBar Heavy Duty Handles provide the capability to perform neutral grip pull ups on straight pull up bars. The unique rope design provides minimal resistance to twisting of the handle, allowing "twist motion" pull ups. Compatible with all pull up bars, including Rogue and Titan rack systems, as well as straight pull up bars. These handles are also compatible with our FitBar Trainer, and can also be used with plate stacker to do rows and famer's walks. Works great with most pull up bars
