Individually, the Sliders and Bands come with at least 100 movements each you can do with them! And so, this Fitness Pack can introduce countless exercises to your workouts! Plus, you can combine the gear: add Bands to your Slider exercises to add resistance, or add Sliders to your Band exercises to add a balance challenge!
COMPACT & TRAVEL FRIENDLY
Our Fitness Pack takes up very little space – despite the huge impact it will have on your fitness. The Bands are 12” x 2” and can be rolled tightly together for storage or transport, and the Sliders are only 7” in diameter. You don’t need big, bulky equipment to get fit. Workout anytime, anywhere, as the exercises you can do with them also require very little square footage!
MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS
Place the core sliders under your feet and begin sliding them back and forth keeping your back straight.
PLANK
Put the core sliders under your feet in a plank position with elbows on the ground at a 90 degree angle.
PIKES
Place the core sliders under your feet in a military plank position and then pull your legs in towards your hands.
