The XM-7631 Ab Hyperextension and Preacher Curl Weight Bench from XMark allows you to work multiple muscle groups and perform numerous exercises from one central bench. The multi-level, adjustable bench allows you to target the upper, middle, and lower chest with numerous chest exercises. Work your biceps, triceps, and forearms with the preacher curl or turn around and use the preacher curl for back support during shoulder dumbbell or barbell presses. The preacher curl bar catch allows for a comfortable and convenient way to rack your bar after each set. At the foot of the XM-7631 you will find the hyperextension part of the bench that allows you to strengthen and stretch your lower back and hamstring muscles as well as perform abdominal exercises. Built for lasting comfort, the XM-7631 is constructed of solid 11-gauge, 2 by 3-inch steel and features thick 3-inch Duracraft cushions with tear-resistant, double stitched Duraguard vinyl and extra-large 4.33-inch vinyl wrapped rollers pads. The XM-7631 has skid resistant feet to protect your floors and features a baked-on, scratch resistant powder coat finish.
